TRACtion Roles and Permissions

The levels of access can be found in the TRACtion Admin under "Admin Home > User Permissions > TRACtion Access Level Permissions". From there you can specify the permissions available to each of the access levels. In terms of projects, the permissions they have can be set here "Admin Home > User Permissions > Project Role-Level Permissions". This can be customized to define what the assigned user on a project can do in that role. The TRACtion Access Levels are as follows:

• Team Leader (Power User)
• Champion (Power User)
• Finance (Power User)
• Team Member (User)
• Outside Team Member (User) (For Users Outside Your Organization)
• Ideas Only (User) (Can only Submit Project Ideas)

Of the above access levels, the following project roles can only be filled by the access levels as shown below:

Champion

Team Leader

Manager (Can be customized to specific subgroup of users with custom list)

• Team Leader

• Team Member
• Outside Team Member

Sponsor (Can be customized to specific subgroup of users with custom list)

Process Owner (Can be customized to specific subgroup of users with custom list)

MBB/Coach Role (Can be customized to specific subgroup of users with custom list)

• Outside Team Member

Financial Auditor

• Finance

Super Users are outside all of the above and can make changes to any project.
