Chelsey Cassady joined MoreSteam in 2016. She is responsible for understanding customer deployment needs and helping them modernize their training with MoreSteam's eLearning and software. In addition to her role as Manager of Business Development, she is our Master Black Belt Program Administrator. Before joining MoreSteam, Chelsey worked as a Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank, conducting quarterly audits and leading employee engagement activities in her free time. Chelsey earned a B.S. in Atmospheric Science from The Ohio State University, so she also holds the title of MoreSteam's Meteorologist.

Andrew Esker joined the development team in 2018. He spent his first two years on the TRACtion team before shifting his focus to developing EngineRoom. Prior to earning his degree, he interned at MoreSteam with the TRACtion and eLearning teams. Andrew earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Otterbein University.

He developed, tested, and implemented menus for a variety of upscale restaurant and catering operations across the country. After 20 years, he decided to make a career change and return to his computer engineering education. Brian supplemented his earlier Ohio University coursework by completing the We Can Code IT Coding Bootcamp in 2019.

Keegan Donnelly spearheads decisions regarding infrastructure, app security, and data security. In addition to security and general IT responsibilities, Keegan leads the design and development of TRACtion, MoreSteam's online project management software. Keegan earned his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Since then, Lindsey has become a lead developer for the administrative functionality of the company's online courses, building an entire new customizable reporting engine. With experience spanning retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and software consulting, Tommy has a diverse background in software engineering. His passion for Artificial Intelligence led him to work on applications utilizing Semantic Kernel at Neudesic and developing algorithms for AI welding at Path Robotics. Tommy holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Capital University, graduating in 2019. He has earned four Microsoft Azure certifications, including Azure Administrator and Azure Developer. Trica Ryckman moved to the eLearning development team in March of 2015. Having been with MoreSteam since 2006, Trica previously held roles on the Sales and Marketing team as well as Customer Support Services. He has worked on developing EngineRoom for the last eight years, is one of the lead developers for Process Playground, and works on InBox occasionally. Tyler is also a MoreSteam cloud security team member, supporting MoreSteam's authentication systems, cloud server infrastructure, and software deliverability. Previously, Zachary was a youth ministry coordinator, helping to lead ministry opportunities for the adults and youth of his parish. In 2021, he completed the Springboard Data Analytics Career Track, which involved over 400 hours of coursework, and the completion of two in-depth capstone projects. Zachary graduated from Ohio Dominican University in 2019 with a BA in Theology and minors in philosophy and psychology.
