Thomas serves as an instructor in MoreSteam's Master Black Belt program, delivered in collaboration with The Ohio State University, where he teaches advanced statistical methods to experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioners. He also leads master classes on topics including Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Advanced Root Cause Analysis, helping professionals strengthen both their statistical understanding and their ability to improve processes with confidence. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, including ASQ, Thomas regularly shares practical insights on applying statistics to quality improvement, process capability, experimental design, and data-driven decision making. Before joining MoreSteam, Thomas worked as an industrial statistician at Eastman Chemical, partnering with engineers and scientists to improve manufacturing processes through statistical analysis, experimental design, and process optimization. Thomas holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences with a concentration in Statistics from Clemson University.
